 The Endless Summer Commercial Grade Triple Dome Patio Heater is a one and only in it’s design concept. The idea behind the concept is two fold. One, the conical emitter screen allows the burner flame to climb making the entire screen glow orange. The orange glow is radiant heat (infrared rays) that bounces off of the underside of the hood projecting to an object, warming that object. Two, the triple dome projects the radiant heat in three overlapping areas (directly under the heater, about 5 feet out and about 10 feet out) making for better concentration of heat throughout the heating area. It works…but because the hood is assembled directly onto the emitter screen, excessive soot may appear after a few months of usage. Wiping down with a damp rag will solve this issue. A commercial grade heater with a unique concept.
